Neil, I have had both positive and negative experiences with all car dealers, not just Morgan. And I doubt very much that your comment above is anywhere near the truth - the motor trade is currently suffering and I doubt any of the manufacturers or their dealers are happy to turn away business.
My best advice would be to ask other owners for recommendations. This usually helps separate those who are customer service focused from those who are not.
