A few thoughts went through my mind after scanning both articles.

There are some odd people in this world getting too much 'Air Time'

There are lots of pheasants running around the fields near us having been bred so that they may be shot if they are unlucky enough to be in the wrong neck of the woods.

Could be a useful way of keeping down the numbers of these idiots bred for spreading this negative guff.

Those of us postwar types who grew up on subsistence with little or no money for beer & fags et al, like many who still have nothing, have no fear of a massive reduction in life style, should it ever be forced on us, and we also remember those basic survival skills.

Thats my rant for today. swear
