ok i will start out saying i found the the performance of the morgan was just fine. i didn't feel it was underpowered. but i am confused on the hp. is it making the 115 and the 85 hp is at the wheel. or is it 85 at the crank. and if you want the 115 is it just the breathing of the engine do you need straight pipes and open air cleaner. and is the breathing trouble made to make it legal in most places. I'm in South Carolina and there are no smog laws here. but at same time i found the factory pipes where loud enough and the power was fine for what i want to do, which is ride back roads .
