I used a version of this:
Kryotox

I actualy got mine from a place that services pools and spas. But any flurosilicone grease containing DuPont Kryotox will work. DO NOT use a straight silicone grease, it will destroy the rubber over time. Kryotox is a flurosilicone and is totally bon reactive when in contact with modern synthetic rubbers, it keeps the rubber soft and extends its life, as well as keeping out moisture.

VW/Audi sell it (at an insane price) to lubricate the rubber seals on their convertivles.

I also use it on the Merc, the frameless windows creak in the seals if not kept lubricated.
