Would be great. Italy is so much more fun without a helmet when it's not raining.

Not correct according to Borghi. The clause quoted specifies a 3 wheeler with a cabin or a crash protection safety cell. The roll bars on the European M3W are too low to be classified as a safety cell.

Drive without a helmet and you risk not being able to drive it home again.
