I live in South Carolina, USA. I wear a leather flying helmet and goggles that fit over my glasses. The goggles come with interchangeable lenses, clear and tinted. Not too worried about a head knock as I don’t Drive aggressively. Agree that eye protection is a must. Also have a Snell approved helmet that I wear when riding either my BMW R1100RS or Ducati 900 CR. South Carolina has no helmet law.
