Maybe they pre-tested it on a test rig to check it was a good one before shipping it across the pond? That might explain the "used" features shown?
Maybe. But, if they did, it was without lube in it as it is bone dry. But that doesn't mean they didn't do it! Sorry...I couldn't resist as I'm trying desperately to keep my sense of humor about all this.
