Martyn is correct, the oil won't do any damage to any of the injection parts, (it might even benefit the pump by lubricating it) however oil in the exhaust can damage the catalyst.
I would very much doubt that you have done any damage after 5 minutes BUT you should take it out for a high rev run as soon as possible. You want to light up those cats and get them to operating temperature as quickly as possible, and then to burn off any oil residues from the surfaces by running hard and hot for some time. I would err on the side of running it too long and too hot.
