I still think it is a great shame that it had to get this far. Yes, it was wrong for Clarkson to offer violence but couldn't they have just "gone out the back" sorted it, ate their Snickers and carried on.
The world is a more dismal place whenever the PC crowd get their way and we loose a good, fun program.
The producer involved also failed to do the job he was paid to do but the only mention of him by the DG was that he will be protected !!!!!!!
Words fail me !
