I remember our art teacher in school saying "An artist needs to learn when to stop painting. There is an urge to just do a bit more. That can result in a mess. Sometimes the phrase....less is more.....needs to be remembered" So true. In that car there are far too many over detailed bits, each detracting from the others. Some of the work would be acceptable in isolation or as a detail not blatantly jump out at you style. Hmmmmmm......I have some gold leaf in my dad's old toolbox..... Dare I?
