This one keeps coming up again and again, sigh. Bluem do you have the silver hub, or the black. I have a 2012 and HAD! a silver hub and I had your symptoms. You need to switch the silver with the black hub (not cheap, I had to pay over $600 for the new hub). The black hub moves the sprocket just far enough to line the belt up properly so it rides in the middle of the sprocket and doesn't rub the tire. I believe the early 2013's all had the silver hub
