As a point of reference when I bought my 4/4 Sport in 2009 the price was £26,995 exc delivery, number plates and road fund license.
This was complete with windscreen, sidescreens and an everflex roof as standard.
I added a tonneau, Motolita steering wheel and stainless Anniversary crossmember covers, the final invoice was a spit away from £28,000 which I think is good value.
Considering that was 6 years ago I don't feel the increase is too crazy at all IMHO.
I have a listing of all the extras at that time if anyone is interested.
p.s. Door handles were standard...
