It was a joy to read your pdf text. I have not the patience or the skills to make a DIY. But at least I got a clue how it works.

BTW it would be great if you would share your solution regarding the sticking fuel gauge...of course later on if you have the time to do so.
I guess the programming (if any) is currently not done in the optimal way and does not take into account a given non-linear mode of the fuel measuring sensor.

But that topic will be the stuff for another thread.
