Thanks for the comments, I am pleased with the result. My car is a 2007. I like the magnolia gauges, to me they are part of the Morgan experience.

Originally I was going to buy a new +4 and change the dials but the new dash is CAMBUS based and would have meant I had to buy new gauges and spent a lot of time making a PCB to drive them (and probably voided the warranty).

In the end I found this car at Life's Motors and even with a fair amount of mods (Suplex, new dash, sports exhaust, bits of "bling") it turned out cheaper than a new car, which was an unexpected bonus,

I got the bezel for the MIG chromed, CAI painted the bezel for me in magnolia (free of charge! I had asked if I could buy some paint, really nice people at CAI) and I made new dial artwork using decalProFX transfer paper.

The air temp is based on a new Smiths 270 degree magnolia fuel gauge, I removed the existing graphics and put on a new set.

The fuel gauge is electronic so I hacked into it and used a cheap microprocessor board (Arduino ProMini) to read an external temperature sensor and directly drive the gauge's stepper motor.

I did a write up for Matthias on how to customise the MIG clocks.

If anyone wants more information (or help) on how to customise the MIG clock or make an Air temp gauge then let me know.

Just a word of warning if you are going to modify a MIG clock's bezel then be aware of the precautions you need to take for working with radioactive materials, it's low risk but even so!!!
