And now today we have Sturgeon swinging her handbag around.

It's probably my lack of understanding of the issues but I have trouble identifying Scotland as a "Country". It may have been an independant "Kingdom" at certain points in history, but having been part of the Union for so long, I don't understand the obsession with a separate identity. Especially since so many Scots chose to leave and live in "England". Or maybe the ones who move south don't see "the border" and are content with the Union.

Plus the fact that a sizeable percentage of people who live in the main cities in Scotland are probably from outside the UK anyway so dilute what is Scottish. I just don't get it.

Sturgeon seems to think that they have a monopoly on the anti-Westminster lobby, but such feelings are alive and well in Yorkshire, which apparently is a similar size in population and output to Scotland, but we don't drone on about independance.
