hbatts Talk Morgan Regular H Joined: Nov 2013 Posts: 582 94611	rgp, you need to replace then old silver hub with the new black one. I had the same problem and the new hub solved. In-term solution is to adjust the belt about 3/8 inch OFF the sprocket to the near side.
