Be careful not to scratch the paintwork when removing the old screen/fitting the new. The screen is under tension and invariably scrapes the sides of the slot.

Don't forget to seal round the screen with silicone to finish the job off. Fairbourne don't mention this. A small plumbers repair tube with the cap cut will give the desired control and amount required.
