Is there a difference in the actual available foot/leg space in a right hand drive versus left hand drive vehicle, or is it strictly a matter of the pedal design? Is the transmission cover symmetrical left to right? Would a person with larger sized feet be more comfortable in a RH drive vehicle even if he lives in a left-hand drive country?
