Just to give closure on the T-16 +4,
Owner (Calgary, Alberta, Canada) recently took a Road Test. New front suspension, rears cleaned up (chain oil) and a Mulberry Kit. The improvement in handling and compliance is startling says the Owner. Engine is doing its thing. He also did not cut the rebound spring but could twist the passenger side but not the Drivers side. I concluded it had to be close as one could get. Thanks to all TMers for your help. BTW: Vesconite bushes, not bronze. Not that Vesconite is any better than Bronze. Just does not need greasing as often.
