The Moto Lita steering wheel looked a bit plain and the dash area of Thumper is a bit anonymous.
So I have attached some Morgan wings to the centre of the steering wheel. These are a 50mm badge from the MMC web shop. The clasp was removed but two rivets were left behind to give retention for the 24hr epoxy adhesive. The fit surface off the badge was also roughened up, along with the centre of the steering wheel. Two depressions were cut in to the aluminium with a rose head bur to locate the wings.
Final result is, I think, suitably restrained.
