It's great to see stuff like this being done, I just love reading about other folk's engineering exploits, especially when done as nicely as this.
Not meaning to pee on your bonfire or anything, but has anyone considered some kind of automatic belt tensioner like Buell used on the 1125? They seemed to be able to put down far more power than an M3W produces, and it would seem to be an easier mod than converting to chain drive?
