Of course I am really sorry this is really denting your enjoyment of your loveley car

However I understood that Simon was on the case (as he has done so on numerous occasions for others -

) and spoken to them and that the factory will be doing their utmost to resolve?
I do echo someone elses shout above that it should be the dealers responsibility ultimately though of course they may want to take it up with the factory
