Snap I went for the ecotile after looking at a few samples. They were easy t lay and myself and junior managed to lay a four car garage in two evenings.
Getting the track out of the floor looks like a lot of work. If its not loose it might be easier to fill and big wholes with concrete and then as suggested us a leveling compound. I initially painted my garage floor but it started lifting at the first sign of oil so I opted for the tiles. Easy to clean and provides a bit of variety from plain old grey
