Fair points made. I guess the real reason i was hacked off is that the issue has affected the value of the car. Even though VW have said they will correct the tech side it will IMHO never reinstate the value.
If the problem gets fixed why would the value be affected?
Still waiting for the fix, but sold the car and moved on (a little out of pocket IMO)
How can you say that your out of pocket was directly the result of the emissions..?
