I thought that JTL might be interested in the fact that I weighed our Christmas Cake today......just a tad under 5kgs!
The four other Christmas Cakes weighed in at 4kgs each. So all in all about 21kgs of Christmas Cake.....just as well we don't have to eat them all.
Mind you, I have yet to weigh the puddings......and I may well be one myself in a couple of weeks time!
