Just be patient.....smells tend to fad and disappear in time.
On one occasion my then two year old daughter vomited in my wife's brand new VW Golf. The smell was horrendous and when I say horrendous I mean HORRENDOUS!
It took two hours in the dark and freezing temperatures to clean the car with towelling and mild detergent. However, the vomit smell lingered for at least six months after....but it did go, though when we sold it some of the plastics were never quite the same.
So, I'd suggest bear with it and don't use anything which might leave a lasting impression.
