I usually try to mess these guys around as much as I can, I usually start by trying to get them to identify all sorts of technical information about themselves, and trying to get them to help me track down which of my computers is the source of the 'problem'.
They usually get fed up with me after about 5 minutes, but at least that's 5 minutes when they aren't hassling some other poor soul.
