As has been said CE certification can be self certified or you can use a friendly inspection company in China that are more of a photcopier company rather than an engineering based standards inspection company.
It is worth nothing.
If you watch Car SOS the have a 1 post lift in the garage they use.
I have a two post lift but living in the country we have room and I built a garage extension to house it.
That vendor is a second level vendor selling on price. I know people who have bought from them and the item works. Others who have bought products that were just plain not a finished product and in the end the items were returned.
