Any real ale - which one is a function of the time of day and with/ without food.
Disagree with Phil Royle - Nottingham (not Derby) is the real ale capital of the country with Castle Rock and Alcazar Breweries + a few others.
Wine - and which one is again a function of food. Love a really full bodied Cabernet Sauvignon as well as many dessert wines.
Whiskey - Malt and Peety but trying to work my way round them all.
Gin - You cannot beat a craft Gin - and there are dozens to choose from. Burleigh Gin is a really good local one.
