I am just over 2 years into mine. Enjoying it immensely.
Best thing I had was a pre retirement package from the company. A weekly session in Cardiff where we were based with a consultancy. Really got my mind on track for the retirement. 3 months leading up to the final day. A great plus in changing the "work mindset" to retirement and in work a nice handover with winding down.
