We've certainly been put off certain places by front of house incompetence. Only this week we've seen our regular hotel suffer untypical slow service. This would be enough to put us off on a single encounter but we are regulars and know it's not typical.
Morgan is far from typical. Normally the dealer is front of house for a manufacturer, so treatment by the dealer sets the tone. But not necessarily with Morgan. Factory access is unprecedented. If I felt badly treated anywhere I would probably attempt to feed that back in a balanced way, without any expectations.
I've been shafted by the VW dealer a couple of times but still go back for more.......
