There is a local Vauxhall dealer who will not be getting custom from me. A less than satisfactory second hand car buy for sospan jnr. Lack of contact from them with updates, being fed bull***t, total failure to realise they were in error. I later found out that when selling a car for another customer they were actually using it as a pool car! Racked up mileage, no effort to sell. The customer smelled a rat and got people to query buying the car to establish the facts. She was being told there were no enquiries or tales of ridiculously low offers. All disproved.
I think an out of court settlement was made.
