I must admit that we have now been put off ever considering buying another Mercedes by their appalling customer service and complete indifference to this customer's problems. This was not just one person but involved dealerships and MB customer services department. I'm sure others have found Mercedes to be the paragon of customer service. Not sure I'd have been so affected had to only been one person though.
