Will try to make that happen. At least first ride with go pro. Question, need to buy a few helmets . In the low desert in SoCal. ( like your weather ) 3/4 a good choice ? What do you use ?
I have just been helmet shopping because my M3W should be here in a few weeks. I'm going with that Bell Pitt Boss helmet. It has an integrated pull down visor that I can use instead of goggles if I want. I'm also getting the additional clear visor and will swap it out with the tinted sun visor for an additional $10. The Pitt Boss is considered a half helmet but is DOT approved and comes with a zip off neck curtain for colder weather driving. It also has a dial system in the back to tighten it. So I can get a second helmet and use it for multiple people in case they have different head sizes. I tried on a lot of different helmets and this one is the most comfortable. And because it's a half helmet, it doesn't cut off my peripheral vision.
