Would a suitably mounted badge bar cover most of the unsightly
'gubbins' ?
Failing that, a lot more work, but you could carve a mould from styrofoam and then produce a fibre glass shell/cowl to fit in place,Suitably sprayed body colour it could look the business....
Any local firms who could tackle it if you don't fancy DIY ...?
