Pacesetter, or Just in Time, or "Lean" as developed by Toyota was adopted worldwide, although it has receded from prominence currently.

The fundamental principle is that components arrive just in time for installation on a production line. Continuous improvement of process efficiency is driven by the workers, who follow a "Three C's" process daily or weekly (amongst other things).

I know that Morgan use LEAN in the factory because I've seen the boards, but obviously it isn't working for parts supply or (some might argue), customer service.

So I was making an obtuse observation............ innocent
