Apart from one major thump, my sump is in pretty good nick and that's after just under 12,000 miles. However, my oil filter housing is really worn and I'm glad that it has now been amended so that it does not ride as low.
Once the new aluminium housing for the oil filter and the chassis fitted sump guard are developed by Crunchie's mechanic, then they will be fitted tout suite...
