We were "tested" every year before I left work back in the nineties. It seemed that HR relied very heavily on it in deciding who retained their job and who was moved....totally ignoring experience etc. Trendy in those days....as was the move from "Personnel" to "HR". A good excuse to sack people....which is exactly what happened....in droves.

I've no time for it.....hence my comment...."I'm a boring old fart"
