Its lack of crews I believe. Lots of pilots leaving for other airlines.

The cocking up the leave is partially correct but a bit of a smoke screen for pilots and senior airline staff jumping ship (plane) for better pay and conditions
They have been cancelling flights on the quiet for a few months now because of staff shortages apparently
