Did the transport company figure out exactly what happened to cause the damage? I have the same dents on my new M3W as well, although not as bad. Didn't notice at the drop off since it was 9pm and dark. Would like more details on what you think caused it since I'm still working on my damage claim. Also I have copper metalic paint so I think I will just get some clear coat to seal where the paint separated from the rolled seam.

they're still "investigating" the cause. Most likely no individual is going to own up to it, so I'll be happy just to get a check. I suspect it was caused by a ramp with too much of an angle while loading or offloading at the holding warehouse.
