3d print yourself some cutting templates and jigs....
Good plan, I might need to make a jig or something to help aling the front wings, they are going to be much more difficult to align than the rears.
The last thing I printed was a little pair of pliers, I needed to grab somethig that was teflon-coated, and didn't want to scratch the coating. They are quite surprisingly strong.
