I remember as a youngster, in the age of Westerns on TV, a Giles cartoon.
Dad is being booked by a fierce looking motorbike policeman whist Mum is busy ticking off the cowboy attired kid's in the back seat:
"Next time you see a policeman following your Dad don't yell 'Watch it Dad here come the Apaches!!!'"
