Appalling suspension set-up and sagging rear springs before it even left the factory.
Too much clearance between top of the centre of the scuttle and the bottom of the windscreen meaning a poor seal (Ses Jays above)
Water entering from aircon condenser drain then under the ECU cover and thence through the cable grommet.
Left hand mudguard and inner guard too far into the engine bay (about 4cm more than the right)
Dash electronics burned out 4 times and ultimately replaced with a hardwired solution.
Wrong radio supplied but replacement supplied free of charge.
Wrong colour sun visors, but replacements free of charge.
Steering cowel leather cover and trinket box not supplied but rectified the next day (while we were still at Malvern).

Other than that I had a rather expensive gearbox problem out of warranty but that was not Morgan's fault. Also I completely upgraded the suspension but that was my choice and I am very pleased with the result.

With the suspension, throttle bodies, bonnet scoop, and custom dash and instruments, the car is now somewhat changed from the original smile
