It will be interesting for Morgans due to the longevity of design features coupled with engine variations and emissions requirements.
I wonder if DVLA will simply use the first date of registration for a car to trigger their database. That, at least, would form a basic 40 year criteria with some additions added for engine swops in particular to link with Tax requirements? It could get complex and frustrating!
