I have an hypothesis, which is this:
Anyone who regularly drives more than 4,000 miles a year isn't averse to having the hood up. People who only drive top-down tend to do less than 4,000 a year.
This on the basis that it's not possible to drive much in the UK without encountering rain.
That probably explains my low mileage this past 12 months Tim.....I hate driving with the roof up or in the rain. The car leaks badly under the dash and has always put me off the rain. And before anyone says....no it can’t be cured unless Morgan make a new body shell for me! And of course I now live in a rainy part of the country!!
