My crit air cert came through a couple of days ago. Annoys me to admit it, but this French site seemed to work rather better than anything from the DVLA would - even the English was good.
Howard most people are more than happy with DVLA services -
performance data is here ... the 3 most used services handle over 700,000,000 transactions annually at over 90% satisfaction rates. And save taxpayers a fortune too.
I certainly prefer the current arrangements to hacking through the old call handling system, or trips to the post office to assemble the right paperwork to tax a car.
