been there; done it..... it goes just as well in the rain!didnt bother with the hood, but the side screens were great to cut down noise and wind..................plenty of wind from the pub landlord in Coniston though, who took the mick cos I wanted alcohol free beer.spect he keeps his coal in the bath too!...yup- all the way from cornwall to the Lakes an back.........as soon as I arrived back, I had to drive her down the road and back, cos I still hadnt had enough!
