Not in the UK admittedly but I think "Speed trap" is quite appropriate for this one.

It has every appearance of being out of the built up area with fields on the right and a fence along most of the left side of the road. The camera unit was hidden behind a small roadside building that probably has something to do with road maintenance or electric power. No other buildings front the road on this stretch and there is clear vision till the next curve about a kilometre away. I thought I was out of the 50 kph speed limit zone but in fact it ends just around the next bend for no apparent reason. On the left side of the road is a train line and I'll bet the trains travel at more than 50kph through there.



That red flash cost me 120 Swiss Francs swear
