Do insurance companies need to know about modifications? I was reading a thread elsewhere that they can be quite tricky about any mods.
It’s very sensible to advise your insurance company of any mods. I’ve heard of companies refusing to pay out if a car has stickers on it 😳. I’ve never had problems with Headley....none of my mods, from throttle bodies through to alloy wheels caused any increase in premium.
