I had a sad call with the dealer last week and the EV3 is postponed "indefinitely" and my deposit got refunded last week.
I did ask if they knew what would happen to the prototypes though, but they did not know.
I would be happy to take a prototype on without a guarantee as long as I got the specs for the controller, motor and battery fitted so I could find suitable replacements if they failed.
I will try the factory in the new year, I am in the middle of house selling and the moments and need to be sure of finances before I call in case they say "we would be happy for you to take one off our hands!"
